The fourth generation of Hyundai best-selling compact SUV (C-SUV), Tucson comes out with a punch. Refreshed body lines, class-leading tech, and a number of best-in-segment features. The new Tucson comes out in two different wheelbases variant, both in long and short wheelbase to meet diverse customers’ needs worldwide.

Exterior
The front of the Tucson features a new grille with quite a futuristic look that Hyundai designers call “The Parametric Grille”, with integrated day time running lights (DRLs) with half-mirror look that can only be revealed when illuminated.
The new exterior design of the Tucson projects a bold and sporty look with the strong masculine body lines flowing on the side from the front towards the rear, a long hood and level roofline. It expresses an evolving Sensuous sportiness design identity Hyundai claims.
The rear features kinetic themed design taillamps with hidden triangular shapes which are only visible when lit, full width taillamp in the middle of the hatch bridging both sides with the Hyundai logo relocated in lower part of the glass and the wiper hidden under the rear spoiler.
Interior and Tech
The interior of the new Tucson receives a lot of updates, the centre console controls have been replaced with a vertical 10.25-inch infotainment full touch screen coupled with enhanced voice recognition which means no buttons and a smoother interior design.
Digital gauge cluster, 8-inch colour touchscreen paired wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The interior environments come in black or grey tones in either cloth or leather material, an addition of ambient mood lighting with 64 adjustable colours in 10 levels of brightness and the BOSE Premium Audio System for high quality sound.

Hyundai Digital Key, an app that enables customers to use their smartphone into a smart key.
Car-to-home feature to remotely control smart home appliances from the car. They can turn on the air conditioner before they get home, also remotely warm up their car and control its climate control system.
Powertrains
The new Hyundai Tucson is offered in two different powertrains. A 2.5-liter, direct-injected, four-cylinder, petrol engine, and a powerful 1.6-liter, turbo, direct-injected, hybrid or plug-in hybrid engine.
The 2.5-liter with an output power of 140 kw (190 Hp) mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with an estimated torque of 246 Nm for excellent efficiency and acceleration.
The 1.6-liter hybrid engine delivers an output power of 132 kW (180 Hp), with a combined powertrain output of 169 kW (230 Hp). It also produces 264 Nm of torque from the gasoline engine and 350 Nm of torque from the combined hybrid powertrain. This new powertrain uses Continuously Variable Valve Duration (CVVD) technology that manages valve opening duration for optimal power, efficiency, and emissions with minimized compromise.
Safety
The Tucson comes packed with a lot of safety features. The Hyundai SmartSense safety feature suite includes: Highway Driving Assist (HDA), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with pedestrian detection, Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Blind-Spot View Monitor, Blind-Spot Collision Warning (BCW), Surround View Monitor, Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (RPCA), Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA), High Beam Assist (HBA), and Driver Attention Warning (DAW). The all-new Tucson is available with advanced technology features including Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) with Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) Advanced Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go and Safe Exit Warning (SEW).
