20 years ago, Audi introduced the first S3 in a new segment of sporty premium compact Car. The brand is now unveiling the new generation of more powerful and freshly designed S3 Sportback and S3 Sedan.
Powertrain
Powered by the 2.0 TFSI engine Delivering an output power of 228 kW (305 Hp) and 400 Nm (295.0 lb-ft) of torque. Matted to a fast shifting seven-speed S tronic transmission with freewheeling function and the quattro all-wheel drive mode.
The four-cylinder turbo engine S3s accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in 4.8 seconds with the factory top speed limit of 250 km/h (155.3 mph).
Updated exterior
Looking Straight to the new model’s front-end, the new Singleframe with large rhombus-patterned grille, distinctive, eye-catching headlights, and big air inlets gives the S3s very sporty look. And optional matrix headlights on request.
Both models receive a refreshed body design with a strong flowing line from the front lights to the rear lights, aluminum finished mirrors housing, and rear diffuser with double exhaust tips on each side.
Updated Interior
Driver-focused cockpit design with an addition of aluminum and carbon-fibre trim inlays, a 10.25-inch digital display is offered as standard. A 10.1-inch touch display embedded in the middle of the instrument panel.
Alternatively, the Audi virtual cockpit and its “plus” version can be selected. Both have a 12.3-inch diagonal, with the latter also offering three different screens.
optional ambient lighting package plus delivers targeted lighting effects in the dark.
Newly developed sport seats with standard series upholstery largely made from recycled PET bottles, accentuated by stylish contrasting stitching.

Schedule to be launched in many European countries by August 2020, with the first vehicles being delivered to dealers from beginning of October.
The market launch is accompanied by the limited “Edition one.” It comes in Python Yellow (Sportback) or Tango Red (Sedan) paint finishes with black accents and fitted with 19-inch wheels, and fine Nappa leather sport seats.
